Fulfillment Policy

-Products purchased from Katie Helms Consulting may consist of digital documents, PDFs, videos, and access to live calls, webinars or private messaging. Purchases are made in US dollars. Arrangements for international payments via Wise are possible upon request made to hello@katiehelms.com.

-You may contact customer service at hello@katiehelms.com with any questions about a purchase.

-Eligibility to attend any Katie Helms Consulting webinar, masterclass or paid event hinges on successful completion of payment in US dollars (for paid events) and/or completion of registration form (for unpaid events).

-Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis when there are limited seats.

-Return Policy There are no refunds. Replays will be provided when applicable and will expire after thirty days. In the very unlikely case of a need for last minute cancellation, a replacement class date will be provided.

-Cancellation for private services requires thirty days written notice. Participant may opt to use the Final invoice as severance with no further services due after notification. Memberships are sold on a six or twelve month basis only and cannot be canceled. Services may be paused for up to thirty days but payment plans will continue.

-Modifications and Termination: Instructor retains the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the masterclass in the event of unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, and remedies will be provided in any of these cases. In the rare event that a modification or termination occurs, participants will be notified as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations via the email address or phone number provided upon registration.

-Delivery Policy: Live calls are delivered via Zoom, written resources are delivered via emailed PDF document or link to video resource. Physical goods will be shipped via USPS within two weeks of purchase.

Content and Materials:

-Any information provided during calls or events is intended to provide you with support as you create structures within your business. In rare occasions does this organization provide done for you services.

-Participants may gain greater productivity, improved morale, expanded innovation, enhanced customer service. better problem-solving, elevated capacity, stronger brand identity, and increased revenue as they apply the information provided to their business practices.

-There are no prerequisites, such as recommended experience or prior knowledge, for participants to fully benefit from the material, only a desire to hone leadership, business development, and entrepreneurial skills.

-The most zoom calls will be interactive and participatory discussions. We ask that you consider being stationary and in a quiet place where you’ll be as undisturbed as possible while on live calls.

Intellectual Property:

-All masterclass and webinar materials, including any handouts, slides, worksheets, or resources provided to participants are the intellectual property of Katie Helms and will not be distributed without permission and attribution.

-Any content received during an event, program hot seat call or webinar is strictly for personal use, not to be duplicated.

-All content and materials used are under copyright or references are listed in the available notes.

Participant Responsibilities:

-Participants are invited to participate actively in any discussion where relevant and will speak with respect to and about other participants and the instructor.

-Participants will adhere to any guidelines or rules set forth during any event.

-Technology requirements include a mobile device or computer, wifi access, and a zoom account in order to successfully participate in any live event.

-In order to receive coaching on a call, you will need to be stationary (e.g. not in a moving car) and able to hear and be understood (e.g. microphone and headset if in a loud environment). Please reduce the number of distractions wherever possible to receive maximum benefit from our time together.

-Individuals who do their homework and put in work on their own time in addition to the call times see maximum benefit. Participants are invited to consider this often.

Limitations of Liability:

-Individual results may vary, and are highly dependent on participants willingness to practice new skills. There is no guarantee of successful outcomes or direct, tangible results from attending this event.

-Liability is limited for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may impact the delivery or availability of the event, such as technical issues, force majeure events, or emergency changes in the instructor's availability. In the unlikely event of a last minute cancellation, the event will be rescheduled.

-Participant data will be collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
